Lazy days.

I don't even want to go out....I just wanna lay here like snow patrol and forget the world. It's been a really refreshing weekend spent sleeping....well, most of it. Its a well deserved break for me considering all the back breaking work I have been going through of late.

Another fantastic thing going on for me is that I finally connected with my inner goddess and decided to go a couple of days without hair extensions whatsoever! Yes! Its been over seven years I did that! (well, not counting when I cropped my hair!) You see, I have really scanty hair that I have always been conscious about. Being surrounded by four sisters with really full and long hair made it worse for me. It just gives my head a funny look (...so I thought all these years)and people always asked if I was alright and telling me how I looked ill.  After so many years of trying different products to improve my hair appearance, I just vexed and decided extensions would take care of the problem FOREVER! I don't know what came over me a few days ago....it seems my self esteem has gone overdrive! I just took out my hair extension! At work, people kept looking at me.....it wasn't the funny looks I used to get in the past...it was admiration! (In my head! hahaha!) My colleague tried playing the guessing game at why I looked so different and pretty. I let him play it for like five minutes before telling him the reason! From now on, it's team my-own-hair!....till I braid my hair tomorrow! lol!

Totally digging these Nine West platform sandals with gold coloured heels! Don't you just love 'em? Got them on sale for almost a 1/4 of the original price! If that isn't the deal of the year, I don't know what is. Can't wait to rock this!
